Account & Data Deletion Portal
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleting your Sammich Labs account removes your cloud profile, saved library items, custom exports, media/playlist mappings, and connected OAuth tokens. Please note that deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription—if you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your device's Subscriptions settings first.
Option 1: Instant Self-Serve Deletion Inside the App (Fastest)
Every mobile application published by Sammich Labs LLC across our iOS and Android utility, media, and gaming lineup includes a built-in instant deletion workflow:
- Open the Sammich Labs app on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) tab in the navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Account & Privacy section and tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm the permanent deletion prompt (you may be asked to re-authenticate via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In for security).
- Your account, cloud database records, and connected OAuth tokens are purged immediately.
Option 2: Request Account or Data Deletion on the Web (No App Required)
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit a verified deletion request directly from this page or by emailing privacy@sammichlabs.com from the email address associated with your account. Verified web deletion requests are completed within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, Apple App Store guidelines, and GDPR/CCPA data erasure standards, below is the exact breakdown of what happens when your deletion request is processed:
